PE hurumanu

List week we were doing fitness test the once that did was the Grip Strength: 1, Abdominal Conditioning Test: 15, Flexibility - Sit and Reach: 1.8cm  12.4cm and the Vertical Jump Test
1.9   2.0 2.1  2.2 0.15  2.2 I couldn't do the beep test but I try to do all of it.

    This is an amazing blog post well done!

    Maybe next time you could reread it to see if it makes sense or ask a friend to read it. I love how you added your scores to it. I did pretty well with my scroes though.
