Poetic Arts

This past term we have been doing Poetic Arts and we have done a lots of difference art and poetry. We 

did a Diamante poem and a haiku poem to.

The art that we did was watercolour, waving, collage and a tapa cloth.

The part of my Art display I am most proud of is the collage because it look nice and cool and when they all come together.

Something that challenged me in this Art/Writing Hurumanu was the diamante poem because it was difference poem then I can do.

My favourite style of poetry to write was haiku because I have done it before.

Art and haiku poems

Today we have been doing art and the thing that we have done is a haiku poem and our own tapa cloth is a store about the creation of tuna, I put an eel, the sun, a marea, a tree, a lake and vines. Here is my work that I have done.

The eel is swimming. 
The trees are waving slowly.
The sun is burning. 

This is also what I had.

I did it about the creation of tuna and the ones that I did was the sun, trees, lake, eel, mihaere  

and viners.

I did these ones because they were the easy one.

Reading

Today I have been doing reading and the book is called olly's new bike and the book is from Melissa Leighton and we had to answer some questions about the book and had is when I have done.

Describe Olly’s personality

He was ungrateful at the start then when he got his new bike he felt happy and excited.

How did Olly feel when he got his new bike?

He felt amazed

Why did Olly feel like this?

He felt amazed because it looked new.

Predict what would happen if Mohamed hadn’t moved in next door. Olly would not have a bike that looked new and be sad all day.

I also did a task and this is what i have done.

Dog Research

Dog research.

 Today I am going to be showing you the different dog research, I have done today!

For this I had to create a D.L.O and did some research about any animal. 

I chose to do a dog because they are one of my favorite pet and I like dogs because of their patterns and they are fluffy to.

Solve Emoji Puzzles

Today I will be showing you 1 of the tasks I did this morning.

I solved out all the questions by writing down what the numbers of the emoji's were instead of memorizing them and just seeing what I would add up so its the right answer.

Once we have finished the slide we would have to make a DLO.

On the last slide it says what I need to do to the DLO.

And my Friend and I worked together on this.
