Today I have been doing reading and the book is called olly's new bike and the book is from Melissa Leighton and we had to answer some questions about the book and had is when I have done.

Describe Olly’s personality

He was ungrateful at the start then when he got his new bike he felt happy and excited.

How did Olly feel when he got his new bike?

He felt amazed

Why did Olly feel like this?

He felt amazed because it looked new.

Predict what would happen if Mohamed hadn’t moved in next door. Olly would not have a bike that looked new and be sad all day.

Te Tiriti o Waitangi

On Tuesday we had to watch a video and fill out a sheet with questions about the Tiriti of Waitangi.


The Maori population in the late 1830's was about 10,000 - 70,000.
